A great deal of Dr Coceancig’s time is spent reconstructing faces
and jaws resulting from a range of causes including accidents, tumours,
and sometimes even developmental problems. He is experienced in
the global reconstruction of jaw bone and soft tissue, and has special
skills and materials available to even reconstruct individual teeth when
they become lost.
“Losing a tooth does not mean you have to have a bridge or a
denture anymore. We still use some of the special techniques of
dentistry in manufacturing crowns, and getting perfect enamel colour
blends. Our role as surgeons however is to provide a platform for these
dental crowns using surgical titanium implants,” he explained. .....more
