Everyone eventually has to have a tooth removed. Most dentists do this quickly using extraction forceps, but an easier and less traumatic way is to remove teeth through surgery. Surgical tooth extractions preserve surrounding tissue, and lead to less tissue bruising, and importantly maximally preserve bone and gum tissue.
