Implant restorative dentistry provided by Dr Steven Bartley, and implant placement surgery by Dr Paul Coceancig.
This 57 year old male has had a long standing right lower first molar removed.
The client was generally concerned as to the lack of a dental biting surface, and requested a dental impalnt to fill the space.
The tooth behind the missing space was heavily filled with amalgam, and was the lone standing biting molar for that side. Becuase of this, the tooth crown was liable to fracture. |

Final occlusal view of implant supported crown. The strength of zirconia& porcelain are protective for adjacent amalgam restorations, and increase local tooth longevity.
Your final crown should be indistinguishable from your own natural teeth. Insist on specialist maxillofacial surgeons and implant-restorative dentists working as a team to permanently replace your missing tooth. |
